All of our installations are covered.by a comprehensive 12 month parts and labour warranty.
Once the warranty has expired we are able to provide ongoing support by signing up to a Service Contract. Depending on the amount the entrance is used, we would setup either a bi-annual or annual site visit during which we will service the gates and check all safety features are operating correctly.
We are happy to setup Maintenance Contracts on entrances not installed by ourselves subject to site survey.
We also offer a callouts service for both existing and new customers
