Once the warranty on an installation has expired, we would always recommend setting up a Service Contract.
Depending of the usage of the system, service contracts are normally either bi-annual or annual. During a service we thoroughly inspect the gates and crucially check and verify the correct function of the installed safety features.
We are happy to setup Service Contracts on entrances not installed by ourselves subject to site survey.
As an added benefit, we always prioritise callouts to those customers who have an active service contract in place.
